Caviar Bar LV is the seafood restaurant of New York-based chef Shaun Hergatt at Resorts World. Renowned for his technically precise cooking and painterly presentations, Hergatt is inspired by childhood memories, nature, art, and his daily life in New York. The restaurant features a caviar bar, where diners can order flights of different caviar plates. We have created Caviar Bar LV with one goal in mind: to provide you with the best possible experience of caviar and seafood.
